Nonconnah Creek

On October 29, 1864 a patrol with the 7th Indiana Cavalry encountered a Confederate force on the Pigeon Roost road at the Nonconnah Creek bridge.  The advance guard of the 7th Indiana was captured and rest of the patrol routed at first fire.
