Submit one form for each vehicle. (No motorcycles or commercial vehicles.)
The official Civil War Sesquicentennial License plate costs $35.00 (per year). We'll contact you for payment when we reach 1000 orders.
Note: Due to a recent change in State policy we can no longer accept requests for personalized plates (Previous orders for personalized Civil War Sesquicentennial license plates will be honored, pending availability of requested plate numbers/letters.) Personalized plates can be ordered after we get the first 1000 plated produced.
